A manipulated topography which houses an extensive core Aquaponics system based on a circulatory grid created through Un-Development and a philosophical doctrine called Sous Rature. NoDoOrCi was created in an effort to give Orlando a cohesive cultural DNA, which currently stands as fragmented and fractured.
