+ Seven on Seventh is an affordable, supportive housing community in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The $26MM+ new construction community, being co-developed by Green Mills and Broward Partnership for the Homeless will provide 72 apartments, abundant and accessible common areas, various amenities, and professional on-site management. The community will also receive stringent green certifications.

+ Statehouse Woodward is a new market-rate off campus mid-rise student apartment based in Gainesville, FL for the University of Florida students. it is a podium based construction Type 1-A with 4-story wood framed construction above, and will provide 84 apartments, accessible social areas and amenities.

+ Society Orlando is a new mixed-use residential project that will include lounges, communal kitchens, a fitness studio and co-working space. This will be the largest single residential project in Downtown Orlando at 825,000 SF.
This two phase multifamily development will include 704 residential units, approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, along with a 828 space parking garage. The first phase tower will rise 28-stories partnered with a 17-story second tower

+ This modern age data center facility will be a major peering/connection HUB for networks in the Southeastern United States and for South American companies. The new category 5 hurricane-rated facility will feature space for over 35,000 servers, a dozen or more Tier 1 bandwidth providers connecting in 3 full-sized meet me rooms, full Tier 4 level redundancy, and in-line hardware-based Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attack Protection.
